Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Business planning and Analytics:

• Benchmarking –internal comparison, market benchmark, against historical performance
• Top Down Market research
• Identify opportunities and challenges/issues through data analytics, both for existing assets as well as new projects
• Provide analytics support to Senior Management

Investment management:

• Managing the investment and development process (design, ops, legal, finance etc.) of on-going projects
• Identify, review and resolve any major issues
• Ensure that our projects are delivered on time and executed at the expected standard of quality

Asset management:

• Business owner of real estate value creation (capital value, P/L, cash flow)
• Implement operational and real estate initiatives
• Extract Synergies Across Assets in similar cluster or across clusters (joint marketing, cross selling of products)
• Responsible for modifications to existing management contracts to enable value enhancements projects
• Two-way communication with property managers (Hotels and Investment Properties)
• Bottom-up market research (i.e. feet on the ground); identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to Properties

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration;
• Accounting and Financial background;
• Excellent communication and accounting skills;
• Ability to process/analyze data and documents;
• Ability to prioritize;
• Computer skills;
• Verbal, math and reasoning skills;
• English and/or Chinese: Professional;
• Professionalism and punctuality;
• Attention to detail;
• Self-motivated;
