Under the guidance and supervision of the Area Director of Human Resources, you will assist, implement and drive effective and efficient systems, activities & programs that will enhance colleague motivation and retention in the areas of HR Administration & Operations including Employee Relations, Recruitment & Separation, Compensation & Benefit and Colleague Welfare.
Key responsibilities:
· Provides supervision, direction and leadership to HR team based on the company culture.
· Administers and Role Models the HR policies & processes
· Mediates, coaches & counsels colleagues following the Corrective Behavior & Disciplinary Procedures
· Ensure all Human Resources and administrative matters are implemented and carried out in a timely and professional manner
· Drives corporate programs related to HR
· Manages HR budget and monitors the expenses
· Ensures timely recruitment and selection of the right candidate
· Recruit Talents by posting vacancies, screening & interviewing candidates and preparing offer and manages the entire onboarding process
Experiences and skills required:
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Human Resources/ hospitality industry
· Strong knowledge on Recruitment & Compensation and Benefits
· Knowledgeable in handling the Payroll System & Talent Management System
· Excellent communication skills in English & Mongolian languages (oral & written)
