• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and issue purchase orders for both one-time and recurring purchases
• Assess suppliers' performance based on price, quality, delivery time, and quantity to ensure alignment with purchase orders
• Maintain and update the supplier and inventory databases, creating new vendor profiles and updating item cards as needed
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for company vehicles, including tax, insurance, and annual check-ups
• Assist in preparing tender documents and maintaining procurement related records
• Perform other duties within the Supply Chain Department as necessary
• Manage and maintain internal and external contract documentation
• Ensure contracts comply with Mongolian laws, regulations, and company policies
• Track and support key contract dates (expirations, renewals, milestones) and ensure timely actions
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks; escalate compliance issues when needed
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and compliance teams
• Support contract amendments, renewals, and terminations
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and suppliers for smooth contract execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the mining or energy sector
• Experience in contract law, procurement processes, and compliance monitoring
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience working in an international organization or with multinational contracting processes is an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in English is required
• Highly ethical, proactive, and capable of exercising good judgment in contractual matters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Position

• Based in Ulaanbaatar (with frequent travels to site area)
• 5*2 days work schedule, (4 days at office, 1-day remote work)
