Human resource manager

Under the guidance and supervision of the Area Director of Human Resources, you will assist, implement and drive effective and efficient systems, activities & programs that will enhance colleague motivation and retention in the areas of HR Administration & Operations including Employee Relations, Recruitment & Separation, Compensation & Benefit and Colleague Welfare. Key responsibilities: · Provides supervision, direction and leadership to HR team based on the company culture. · Administers and Role Models the HR policies & processes · Mediates, coaches & counsels colleagues following the Corrective Behavior & Disciplinary Procedures · Ensure all Human Resources and administrative matters are implemented and carried out in a timely and professional manner · Drives corporate programs related to HR · Manages HR budget and monitors the expenses · Ensures timely recruitment and selection of the right candidate · Recruit Talents by posting vacancies, screening & interviewing candidates and preparing offer and manages the entire onboarding process

IT Officer

Information Technology Officer   Under the guidance and supervision of the IT Manager – you are responsible to ensure all IT system policies and procedures are followed. You will be rectifying system malfunction or user / guest problem. You will be responsible for the coordination and installation of all necessary application Systems and Software. You will be troubleshooting hardware devices and network equipment and will be in-charge of data maintenance, backup and recovery procedure. You will need to ensure smooth operations within the department by coordinating various IT activities.   Key responsibilities: · Knowledgeable on IT daily operations and functions · Liaising with product vendors & the IT personnel · Coordinating communication & cooperation between other departments & the IT · Filing & Document Control · Office Organization · Software & Hardware Inventory · Documenting Standard Operating Procedures within the department · To log all guest complaints for further investigation and Follow up on the action taken. · Equipment tracking to prevent loss of existing IT assets · Creation of User Accounts on the network.

IT Manager

Information Technology Manager IT Manager reports directly to the General Manager. You are going to be responsible for the overall operation of the Information Systems and Technology Infrastructure. You will direct and manage the overall implementation and support of the systems as well as preventive maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting of all systems and its policies & procedures are followed by the end users. You will make proposals or evaluate for new systems development that will be more cost efficient and effective for the hotel operations. You are also responsible for training of IT staff in systems administration and technological upgrades.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provide the hotel with excellent IT support service · Ensure that hotel data is secured and in line with stated standards and best practices · Ensure Access Control is in line with stated standards and best practices · Manage the local process for event management, enhancements and application fixes · Ensure regular self-evaluations of IT practices are completed and communicated · Source, evaluate and implement local solutions where appropriate · Manage local implementation projects & testing of applications and hardware upgrades · Ensure the hotel adopts and maintains brand standards for guests and business services in relation to IT services and offerings · Consistently promote the brand in the local site and encourage the use of the brand by IT suppliers · Ensure up-to-date hard-copies of department SOPs are maintained at all times · Communicate new or amended procedures to relevant departments/ colleagues in a timely manner, ensuring they have been understood

You will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations, duties and practices and play an active role on departmental functions.  Key responsibilities:   Performs all secretarial and administrative duties as instructed by the Division Head Ensures efficient filing system for employee files, timely submission of daily & monthly reports, incoming / outgoing files and trace files Updates all filing systems and records all expenses of sales&marketing Liaises with the Purchasing Officer on all purchase requisition issued & expedites the delivery of maintenance items and/or services Responsible for the divisions’ duty roster, leave & overtime recording and tracking in line with the payroll system Coordinate daily office related activities & accurate document processing

Hygiene Officer

Under the guidance and supervision of the Hygiene Manager, you are responsible in assisting the Executive Chef & Director of Food & Beverage in driving all activities aiming to ensure the highest level of Food & Safety to all external and internal guests. You also ensure that all food preparation & service areas conform to the minimum hygiene requirements as per the local authorities and HACCP guidelines.      Designs and implements an internal audit system for all work areas in order to daily and periodically ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines. Conducts basic HCCP training to all staff and insures all food handlers are certified in HACCP as required. Reports audit findings to the concerned Service Executive and follow up on corrective actions.

Controlling by recording, posting and balancing all advance deposit. Submitting prompt and detailed response to guests and management inquiries regarding city ledgers and receivables accounts.

This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures of general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable. You will be ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and payment of all general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable. The Accountant must have a complete knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, chart of accounts, and receiving and purchasing operations.
