Regional Product Trainer / Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops & Accessories/ The Regional Product Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, accurate, and brand-aligned product training programs across smartphones, tablets, and laptops. The role ensures that all frontline teams, partners, promoters, and retail staff are fully equipped with product knowledge, demo skills, and selling strategies to drive superior customer experience and sales conversion. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery & Facilitation • Conduct face-to-face and virtual product training sessions for retail staff, promoters, partners, and internal sales teams. • Deliver new product introduction (NPI) sessions, in-store demo workshops, and interactive live learning events. • Localize training content to match regional needs, language, and audience preferences. Content & Curriculum Development • Conduct Pre-Quiz & • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop impactful training decks, manuals, video scripts, and bite-sized learning modules. • Create certification programs and gamified learning tools (e.g., Kahoot, quizzes, microlearning). Retail Experience Support • Coach in-store promoters and trainers on demo techniques, product positioning, and objection handling. • Monitor customer interaction trends and provide insights to improve engagement and sales strategies. Reporting & Analytics • Maintain training reports, attendance logs, certification tracking, and performance metrics. • Conduct post-training assessments and feedback analysis to improve training effectiveness. • Create pre-quiz and post-quiz formats during training sessions to boost engagement and improve knowledge retention. • Design interactive audience programs to enhance participation and track real-time engagement. • Evaluate and document knowledge levels before, during, and after each session to monitor progress. • Maintain attendance logs and quiz performance records to assess participant improvement across multiple sessions.Competition Mapping • Track and analyze competitor products, key differentiators, pricing, and positioning in the market. • Incorporate competitive insights into training to help frontliners articulate value propositions effectively. • Maintain an updated database of competitor feature comparisons and market trends to enable informed training delivery. Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with regional marketing teams, sales heads, and channel partners. • Ensure training aligns with brand messaging, sales targets, and market launches.
